We monitor constantly tests and testings procedures at the fabricator's place of business. We also monitor the fabrication process of equipment and products, in order to report any progress to our Clients. To complete the range of services and be closer to the demands of its customers, Complete Consultings sas also offers counseling for optimization, improvement and rationalization of products and production processes in several aspects, from security to functionality and economics.
Dimensional Inspection

Our inspectors taking precision measurements and working with numerous types of measuring instruments and gauges. We are able to check surface hardness, surface smoothness and the thickness of coatings.
In-Process Inspection

We can follow the goods that are in process by supervising the whole process.

 Sample Collection

Our inspectors will adeguately pack all samples to ensure the safe arrival at its destination. If at any point during the inspection process laboratory analysis is required, we can use private laboratories with all certifications to get the desidered information.
Final Inspections

We can perform final inspections by visually verifying that the fabricated and/or assembled goods are in conformance with the Client's requirements.

Certificates of Inspections

We will be able to issue "Certificate of Inspection" when requested, or appropriate. We can also assist in obtaining "Certificate of Compliance" from the suppliers.

During our inspections we offer, without extracost, these specifical controls:

- Material identified problems shall include (but not be limited to) forging / casting defects, heat treatment issues, incorrect material usage, incorrect material segregation.

- Mechanical testing problems shall include (but not be limited to) failed impact testing, incorrect chemistry, ferrite test failures, G48 corrosion test failures etc.

- NDE identified problems shall include Surface Defects (but not be limited to) MPI defects, DPI defects, Volumetric defects.

- Welding identified problems shall include (but not be limited to), incorrect heat inputs, none qualified welders, lack of penetration etc.

- Machining identified problems shall include (but not be limited to), incorrect surface finish, machining errors etc.

- Damage mechanical problems shall include (but not be limited to), dropped object damage, damage to pipe work, electrical wiring damage etc.

- Dimensional problems shall include (but not be limited to), out of tolerance, out of round, flatness issues etc.

- Hydro test problems shall include (but not be limited to), failed tests, use of none calibrated gauges etc.

- Marking problems shall include (but not be limited to), incorrectly marked items, lack of traceability etc.

- Painting / Coating defects identified lack of coating, lack of adhesion etc.

- Certification / documentation problems shall include (but not be limited to), no evidence of material certificate type (3.1B etc), incorrect traceability back to component part, lack of supplier signatures, references omitted back to non-conformances (i.e. Certificates generated for repairs etc to a raised NCR), no evidence of Positive Material Identification (PMI) and lack of documentation manuals etc.

- PO query problems shall include (but not be limited to), lack of PO specification understanding, none conformance to PO requirements etc.

- Miscellaneous problems shall include (but not be limited to), packing, failed electrical tests etc, if these problems are cause of concern please raise appropriate explanation as a supplement to this form.

- Inspector identified HSSE issues shall include (but not be limited to), unsafe work practices, ladders not secure, poor housekeeping, missing test area barriers, no site safety induction and general facility safety issues, none wearing of PPE etc.
